I knew as soon as I read these beautiful words by Mero Rokx (on the Te Rito Maioha Early Childhood NZ fb page) that I needed to create a version to display in our Whānau Support room at school! The words are perfect for supporting children and adults alike to take some slow breaths and re-centre themselves…
This is really cool! We are on a journey within our room at this ment around Mana Atua | Well-being and what a privelledge it has been to embrace the many dispositions of our well being ☺️.
But this just cuts the cake really opens up new avenues from a Te Ao prospective.
This is a beautiful karakia thank you Rosie, I will hang this in my classroom. Quite timely as we are doing a unit around karakia at the moment. Ka rawe.
