HOW MANY RESOURCES CAN I ACCESS?
- You pay an annual fee to have access to ALL our resources! (*Currently 300ish individual resources)
- Membership is available as an individual teacher (or parent), small team, large team/syndicate & large group/school.
- Membership allows you unlimited access 24/7 to all our resources, for each teacher added to the plan.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
- We accept payment via Paypal or Stripe. Both have the option to pay securely via credit or debit cards at the checkout.
- Are you making a school purchase and would prefer to be invoiced? Feel free to message me, I’m more than happy to organise an invoice for your school office (Handy if you’d like to use your classroom budget instead of your own funds!)
WHAT'S A ZIP FILE & HOW DO I OPEN IT?
- A ZIP file is a compressed folder containing multiple files (at Green Grubs that’s most often multiple clip art image files)
- A ZIP file allows you to bundle & transfer many files at once, which takes up less storage space than if the files were not compressed.
- Both Windows & Mac OSX are able to open and uncompress ZIP files without additional software. iPhones and iPads may require additional apps.
OPENING A ZIP FILE ON A PC:
- Download then right-click on the unopened ZIP.
- Click “Extract All” on the menu bar.
- Choose where you’d like to store the unzipped files (e.g. desk top or documents)
- Click “Extract” to save to the location you chose.
OPENING A ZIP FILE ON A MAC:
- Download then double-click the unopened ZIP (the file should extract automatically)
- Alternatively, hold down the control key and click the ZIP icon.
- Choose “Open with” and select “Archive Utility.” This will extract the ZIP files, allowing you to find them in the same folder where you downloaded them.
MANAGING ANNUAL BILLING
MANAGING ANNUAL BILLING IF YOU PAID VIA CREDIT CARD:
Your annual membership plan will be automatically renewed. If you need to update your credit card details, log in and go to: My Account, Subscriptions, View, Change Payment.
MANAGING ANNUAL BILLING IF YOU PAID VIA INVOICE:
You will need to manually renew your subscription by logging in and going to: My Account, Subscriptions, View, Pay.

CAN I SHARE THE RESOURCES WITH COLLEAGUES OR FRIENDS?
Due to a multitude of copyright issues, unfortunately the answer’s no. As a small locally owned business, I appreciate you respecting our terms of copyright by referring other teachers to our website to purchase their own resources or become part of a membership plan.
HOW DO I ACCESS RESOURCES AFTER I'VE PURCHASED A MEMBERSHIP?
- Log into greengrubsmembership.com as a member
- Click the ‘Resources’ tab to locate and choose a specific resource
- Click the download button to save the resource onto your device, and then enjoy!
HOW TO SET UP A TEAM MEMBERSHIP:
*WITH YOURSELF AS A MEMBER
- Select the membership that best suits your school team here: https://greengrubsmembership.com/registration/
- Choose a name for your school crew!
- TICK THE BOX TO “Take up a seat” on your team
- Click “Sign Up Now” to proceed to checkout and complete purchase
HOW TO SET UP A TEAM MEMBERSHIP:

- Choose a name for your school crew!
- DO NOT CHECK THE ‘take up a seat” option
- Click “Sign Up Now” to proceed to checkout and complete purchase
HOW TO ADD MEMBERS TO YOUR TEAM
- Log in to greengrubsmembership.com and click the ‘My Account’ tab on the header https://greengrubsmembership.com/my-account/
- Click the “Members” tab on the left-hand side to manage your team.
- “Add Members” to allocate remaining seats on your team. Either send a link via email for team members to click and add themselves OR add them manually and set their team role. *Until members accept their invitation, they will show as “Pending Invitations”. By clicking on “Pending Invitations” the owner or manager can resend the invitation, cancel the invitation, or change the new user’s role if needed. Once members have accepted their invitation, and logged in, you can manage them within the “Members” tab.
- Invited members will be sent an email with a link to access the membership website and set up their account passwords. *Ensure you’ve used their correct email address and that they’ve check their junk mail folders.
